摘要
采用正交设计实验确定了番茄红素提取过程中pH、浸提时间、温度和有机溶剂的最佳工艺条件:用1,2二氯乙烷作为提取剂,在pH11,温度50℃条件下浸提0.5h,可得到最佳提取效果。并对番茄红素抗氧化性进行了比较研究,为番茄红素的规模化生产和应用提供依据。
The optimal process conditions for pH value,extraction time,temperature and organic solvents during the lycopene extraction with organic solvent extract method were determined by use of orthogonal experiment design.The optimum conditions were:pH value was 11,temperature was 50 ℃,extraction time for 0.5 h and with 1,2-dichloroethane as extraction solvent.Furthermore,the antioxidant activity of lycopene were comparative studied,and can as a basis for the batch production and practical application of lycopene.
