摘要
采用酶解预处理与乙醇热回流相结合的提取工艺从苦豆子渣中提取总黄酮,得率显著提高,可达到4.06mg/g,与传统工艺相比,得率提高了26.5%。实验确定的最佳提取条件为:预处理酶为纤维素酶,酶添加量为0.3%,酶解温度为40℃,pH为5.0,酶解时间为180min。
With enzyme-pretreatment and alcohol under reflux,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from dregs of Sophora alopecuraides reached to 4.06 mg/g and was higher than that by traditional methods of 26.5%.The optimized extraction factors were as fellows:the pretreatment enzyme was cellulose,enzyme dosage was 0.3%,pH5.0 and 40 ℃ for 180 min.
