超高压提取老鹰茶总黄酮的工艺优化 被引量:6

Optimization of technology for ultrahigh pressure extraction of total flavonoids from Litsea coreana Level.

摘要 为优化老鹰茶总黄酮常温超高压提取的工艺条件,采用Box-Behnken设计和响应面分析法对影响提取效果的4个主要因素即压力、保压时间、乙醇浓度和液料比进行了优化,建立并分析了各因子与总黄酮得率关系的数学模型。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为超高压力427MPa、保压时间9min、液料比41mL/g、乙醇浓度70%,在此条件下,总黄酮得率可达(6.263±0.014)%(n=3),与模型预测值(6.281%)相符。与传统水浴加热提取相比,超高压提取能显著缩短提取时间,提高黄酮得率。 Ultrahigh pressure extraction(UHPE) of total flavonoids from Litsea coreana Level.was investigated.The effects of different pressure,pressure holding time,ethanol concentration and liquid-solid ratio on the extraction yield of total flavonoids were optimized with Response Surface Methodology(RSM).A mathematical model was established and analyzed to describe the relationships between the studied factors and the response of the extraction yield of total flavonoids.The results indicated that the optimum extraction parameters are as follows:extraction pressure 427 MPa,pressure holding time 9min,liquid-solid ratio 41 mL/g,ethanol concentration 70 percent.Under such conditions,the experiment value of yield was(6.263±0.014)%(n=3),which was close to the estimated value(6.281%) attained by using regression model.Compared to the traditional heating method,the ultra high pressure extraction process was a suitable method for its higher yield and shorter extraction time.
