摘要
我国众多污水厂都面临着出水水质需达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)一级A标准的要求,而技术难点是TN的稳定达标。无锡芦村污水处理厂三期工程现场中试结果证明:采用Denite滤池可以保证出水TN、SS同时稳定达标。四期工程深度处理工艺采用了该滤池技术,调试结果表明,该滤池可保证TN<5 mg/L、SS<5 mg/L、TP<0.5 mg/L。目前滤池反冲洗周期为4天,反冲洗废水率为1%左右,Denite是污水处理厂深度处理工程中的优选工艺。
Many WWTPs in China face upgrading to meet the first class criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002 ), and the key issue is how to keep TN meeting the standard. The pilot test results of the third-phase project of Lucun WWTP show that the Denite filter can ensure the effluent TN and SS meet the standard. This technology is used in the fourth-phase project as the advanced treatment process. The commissioning results show that the effluent TN, SS and TP concentrations are less than 5 rag/L, 5 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L respectively. The backwash cycle is 4 d, and the backwash water rate is about 1%. Denite is proven to be an excellent technology in the advanced treatment project of WWTPs.
