东莞运河樟村水质净化厂污泥处理系统技术改造 被引量:2

Technological Reconstruction of Sludge Treatment System in Dongguan Canal Zhangcun Water Purification Plant

摘要 东莞运河樟村水质净化厂是目前国内最大的污染河道水质净化厂,其污泥处理采用重力浓缩/机械脱水工艺。一期工程于2004年春季投入生产运行后,污泥处理系统存在浓缩池浓缩效果不佳、浓缩池未设计放空系统、污泥脱水机脱水能力不足、泥饼含水率不能达标和污泥脱水机房操作环境恶劣等问题。为此提出了增加浓缩池加药和放空系统、增加机械浓缩机和离心脱水机系统以及增加脱水机房除臭系统等技改方案。2005年—2006年实施改造后,有效解决了污泥处理系统处理能力不足和泥饼含水率不能达标等问题,改善了厂区员工的生产操作环境和厂区环境,达到了预期效果。 Dongguan Canal Zhangcun Water Purification Plant is the biggest polluted river water purification plant in China, and the combined process of gravity thickening and mechanical dehydration is used in sludge treatment. After the first-phase project was put into operation in spring 2004, the sludge treatment system had some problems of poor thickening effect and no emptying system in thickening tank, insufficient dehydration capability of sludge dehydrator, substandard moisture content of sludge cake and poor operating environment of sludge hydroextraetor room. Therefore, the technological reconstruction scheme was proposed, namely adding the chemical dosing system and emptying system in thickening tank, adding the mechanical thickener system, adding the centrifugal hydroextraetor system and adding the deodorization system in sludge hydroextractor room. After the technological reconstructions were put into practice in 2005 to 2006, the above-mentioned problems were solved, the plant environment was also improved, and the expected effect was achieved.
