摘要
采用混凝沉淀/水解酸化/两级缺氧好氧工艺处理异丙胺合成废水,处理规模为500m^3/d。实际运行结果表明,在实际进水COD为1500~2800mg/L、TKN为80~180mg/L的情况下,对COD的去除率能够稳定在96%以上,出水NH4^+-N稳定在11mg/L以下,出水控制指标均能达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的一级标准。
The combined process of Coagulation-sedimentation, hydrolysis-acidification and two- stage anoxic-aerobic treatment is used to treat synthetic isopropylamine wastewater, and the treatment capacity is 500 m^3/d. The practical operation shows that when the influent COD and TKN are 1 500 to 2 800 mg/L and 80 to 180 mg/L respectively, the removal efficiency of COD is more than 96% , and the effluent NH4+ -N is less than 11 mg/L. The effluent quality meets the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996).
