摘要
研究胃癌组织中谷胱甘肽Ｓ－转移酶（ｇｌｕｔａｔｈｉｏｎｅＳ-ｔｒａｎｓｆｅｒａｓｅｓ，ＧＳＴｓ）的表达。方法应用免疫组织化学方法研究ＧＳＴ－π在９８例胃癌标本中的表达。结果在９８例胃癌标本中，ＧＳＴ－π阳性率在不同的病理组织类型中为２５．０％～８８．９％之间。ＧＳＴ－π在低分化胃癌高于高分化胃癌。但与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤的大小、部位、淋巴结转移情况等无明显关系。结论ＧＳＴ－π对胃癌的诊断、预后及治疗有重要价值。
Objective To study the clinical significance of glutathione s-transferases expression ingastric carcinoma tissues. Methods The expression of 98 gastric carcinoma was studied by means ofimmunohistochemical technique. Results The glutathione S-transferases were between 25. 0% and 88. 9%in 98 cases of gastric carcinoma. The GST-π was significantly higher in the cases of poorly differentiatedthan those of well differentiated. But it was not correlated with patient age, sex, tumor size, tumor'slocation,and lymph node metastases. Conclusion The determination of GST-π may be useful for diagnosis,prognosis and treatment of gastric carcinoma.
