摘要
1引言人体摄入含有一定量苯酚的饮用水后,会出现急性中毒症状,可引起头疼、贫血及神经系统障碍。目前,测定苯酚的方法有电化学法[1]、色谱法[2]和光谱法等。国家规定的环境监测分析方法是4-氨基安替比林(4-AAP)光度法,基于K3Fe(CN)6氧化苯酚生成的氧化物与4-AAP络合显色[3]。但是此法测定灵敏度不高。
The sensitizing effect of Triton X-100 microemulsion/ionic liquids(ILs) on the determination of phenol by spectroscopic method was developed.The sensitizing mechanism and various factors influencing adsorption spectra were discussed.Under the optimum conditions,the linear equation was A = 0.1986c(mg/L)-0.023(correlation coefficient r = 0.9988).The linear range and detection limit were 0.12-20.00 mg/L and 12.0 μg/L,respectively.The proposed method was applied to the determination of phenol in water samples with satisfactory results.
