媒介议程与突发事件报道的舆论引导力分析——以南平广播电视台为例 被引量:1

摘要 一般性突发事件,已不存在能不能报道的问题,关键在怎样进行报道。种种新闻实践表明,面对日益频繁的自然灾害、事故灾难、公共卫生事件和社会安全事件,政府和媒体如果能合理地设置议程,突发事件的消极影响往往能降到最小程度。本文以南平广播电视台处置2010年的天灾人祸("3·23"校园案件和6月特大洪灾报道)为例,阐释了地方台运用媒介议程理论,降解杂音、服务稳定、自信应对突发性事件的经验和做法。
