摘要
本文在Read早期提出的螺位错之间交割模型的基础上,综合描述了各种符号的螺位错艾割以后割阶的形成特征和运动特点;分析了位错交割以后所产生的点缺陷的性质,以及讨论了位错交割前后其移动方向与所产生的点缺陷性质是否有关等概念,从而比较完整地阐述了螺位错的交割机制。
Based on the Read's early models on dislocation intersections, this paper presents further descriptions for the characteristics of formation of the jogs, analyzes the nature of the point defects due to intersections, and discusses whether there exists a relationship between changing the moving direction of dislocation and generating the point defects before and after intersections. Therefore, the intersecting mechanism of screw dislocations has been more completely dealt with.
