摘要
目的:应用弥散加权成像(DTI)分析原发性癫痫(IE)大脑白质弥散张量的改变。方法:对30名原发性癫痫患者以及30名正常对照者,分别行常规T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR序列以及DTI检查,并重建每个受试者的平均弥散系数(ADC)图及部分各向异性(FA)图,分别在双侧海马、额叶、丘脑以及胼胝体膝部、压部测量ADC与FA值。结果:IE患者较正常组在双侧海马及胼胝体压部ADC增高,FA值降低,在丘脑、以及额叶无明显变化,而胼胝体膝部ADC值无明显变化,FA值降低。结论:DTI通过对感兴趣部位ADC及FA值的测定,可以反映原发癫痫病灶的弥散和各向异性改变,从而反映癫痫病灶的微观变化,能对原发性癫痫患者寻找致痫灶提供一定的诊断依据,但需结合相应临床表现,方能做出诊断。
Objective:Application of dispersion tensor imaging(DTI) analysis idiopathic epilepsy(IE) White matter changes.Methods:In 30 patients with idiopathic epilepsy and 30 normal controls were divided into two groups,respectively T1 WI,T2WI,FLAIR conventional sequence and DTI inspection,DTI imaging collection use 1.5T MRI with the direction of 25 single stimulate plane echo sequence,each participant and rebuild the apparent diffusion coefficient graph and fractional anisotropy graph,in bilateral hippocampus,frontal lobe,hypothalamus and The corpus callosum knee or splenial with the FA value measurement ADC.Results:IE normal group in patients with bilateral hippocampus and corpus callosum splenial ADC values of change and the FA,in the hypothalamus,the corpus callosum knee and no change.Conclusion:DTI through interested site ADC values and the FA,can find idiopathic epilepsy patients for epileptogenic zone provides certain diagnosis,but combining relevant clinical manifestations,can make the diagnosis.
