彩色多普勒对软组织肿块与病理对照分析

Comparison Analysis between Pathology and CDFI in Soft Tissue Mass

目的 应用彩色多普勒（ＣＤＦＩ） 区别良、恶性软组织肿块。所有表浅软组织肿块用彩色多普勒检查。方法 ４５ 例软组织肿块均行彩色多普勒检查，通过软组织肿块的血流特征来区分良、恶性肿瘤。结果 ４５ 例中有３４ 例良性肿瘤，１１ 例恶性肿块。在１１ 例恶性肿块中其中１０ 例检出血流信号（９９－９ ％ ），良性肿瘤３４ 例中有２３ 例有血流信号，（６７－６５ ％） ，恶性肿瘤的血流信号检出率明显高于良性肿瘤（Ｐ＜０－０１）。彩色多普勒结果与手术和病理结果相符率达到９９ ％ ，其误诊率为１％ 。结论 应用彩色多普勒可以区分软组织肿块的良、恶性。

Objective The benign and malignant soft tissue masses were distinguished by CDFI.The soft tissue masses in superficies were detected by CDFI.Methods CDFI was performed in 45 cases of soft tissue masses.Blood flow in soft tissue mass was delineated in order to distinguish benign from malignant mass.Results Of these 45 cases, 34 cases are benign masses, 11 cases are malignant.10 cases in 11 cases of malignant masses delineate blood flow signals(99.9%) in comparison with 23 cases of 34 cases of benign masses(67.65%).The detection rate of blood flow signals in malignant masses is more than that in benign masses.CDFI have an accuracy rate of approximately 99% in comparison with operation and pathology result.False diagnosis rate is 1%.Conclusion CDFI can be used to distinguish benign from malignant soft tissue masses.
