摘要 LED作为第四代照明光源,有光效高、寿命长、响应快和环保等特点,但是完全取代传统的光源还面临着许多技术难点,其中散热问题是限制LED灯具发展的一个重要因素。本文通过分析LED灯具热量传递过程,论述了目前LED灯散热研究的方法,对未来LED散热问题的研究发展作了展望。 As the fourth generation lighting source,LED has many merits such as high luminous efficacy,long life,fast response and environment protection etc,but there are still a number of technical difficulties,when it comes to replacing conventional light sources in many applications.The heat dissipation problem has become a key factor restricting the development of high power LED.By analyzing the heat transfer process of LED lamps,the methods of solving heat dissipation of LED lamp are discussed and the future development of research about LED heat dissipation is discussed.
