摘要
本文通过总结我国城市道路照明设备维护管理工作的改革发展走过历程,剖析问题,提出新时期推行养护市场化,如何从技术上强化监管工作,做到既要全面性,又要可操作性,科学合理,以促进养护市场化健康发展。
The article puts forward the methods of marketing the urban road lighting facilities in the New Age by summarizing of the reform and development of the maintenance and management work of urban road lighting.It analyzes some existing problems and points out the way to strengthen the monitoring and supervision work comprehensively,operatively and scientifically to ensure the healthy development of the maintenance market.
