摘要 研究火箭炮运载过程车载稳定性优化问题,针对保证某新型车载火箭炮行军时的平顺性要求,由于火箭炮安装位置对全炮平顺性的影响,为了防止运行中产生振动,建立某车载多管火箭炮的刚柔耦合动力学模型,利用谐波叠加法生成B级路面文件。用有限元和动力学软件分析在一定的行驶速度下,火箭炮安装位置对全炮平顺性的影响,对模型车速进行平顺性仿真。计算结果表明,通过调整结构的阻尼大小和对安装位置的优化,可以满足车载火箭炮在行军状态下的平顺性要求,为下一步的结构设计提供的有益的参考。 In order to study ride comfort of the newly wheeled multiple rocket launcher during the marching,a coupled rigid and flexible model based on FEA software and computational dynamics of multibody system software is used to simulate the process.According to the method of superposition of harmonic wave,a Grade B road is created.The dynamic property caused by the location where the rocket launcher is placed is studied by rigid-flexible coupling model with some speed.The study has demonstrated that the wheeled rocket launcher ride comfort can be satisfied through verifying the structural damping and the location during the marching.It has laid a good reference for further analysis and design.
