摘要
针对现实应用中对电阻炉温度控制的高精度要求,由于电阻炉这样的大滞后、非线性、时变的复杂系统,因此设计了一种参数自整定的模糊PID温度控制系统,实现了对电阻炉温度控制的精确控制。系统融合了传统PID控制和模糊控制两大控制理论的优点。通过仿真和在某热工检定系统上的实验表明,方法有效解决了快速性和超调量之间的矛盾,响应快、无超调、鲁棒性强,具有良好的控制效果和品质,并可适应对象以及外部环境引起的扰动,动态特性明显优于传统PID控制。
According to the practical application of the high-precision requirements on resistance furnace temperature control,a temperature control system based on parameters self-tuning Fuzzy-PID has been designed,which achieves the precision control on the temperature of resistance furnace.The system combines the strengths of traditional PID control and Fuzzy control.Besides,it is suitable to be used in complex controlled systems which have the features of big lag,nonlinear and variable parameters with time.Through the simulation and experiments on certain thermotechnical detecting system,it effectively settles the conflicts between quickness and overshoot.The fast response,non-overshoot and strong robustness show that it has good controlling effect and quality.Moreover,it can adapt objects and the disturbance caused by external environment,and its dynamic characteristics is significantly superior to traditional PID control.
