摘要
提出了具有非周期分形形状的缺陷地结构(DGS)低通滤波器,仿真结果表明,与传统的周期DGS相比,新型的DGS单元晶格非周期设计可以产生较好的通带和较宽的阻带。为了验证所提出方法的有效性,设计、加工、测量了这种非周期分形缺陷地结构低通滤波器。结果表明,通带内反射损耗最大值为-24 dB,而且阻带也展宽到6 GHz。
A novel non-periodic defected ground structure (DGS) for low-pass filter using Koch fractal are proposed. Simulation shows that it is different from the periodic DGS in that the non-periodic unit lattices of new DGS can have obtained passband and enlarged stopband bandwidth. The designed non-periodic fractal-shape DGS of LPF is processed and measured to verify its validity. Results show that the maximal return loss sidelobe level is -24 dB and that the stopband width is 6 GHz.
