4种紫花苜蓿幼苗期抗逆性比较研究

Research on comparison of anti-intimidating traits about four alfalfa varieties in their young seedling periods

为了解4种进口紫花苜蓿品种的抗逆性,用土壤浸出液和H2SO4、NaOH分别配制不同pH值的溶液,pH为7时不同NaCL浓度的溶液,以及不同pH值和不同NaCL浓度的混合溶液,进行了比较试验研究。结果表明,耐酸能力从大到小顺序为金皇后、飞马、阿尔冈金、维多利亚;耐碱能力从大到小顺序为飞马、阿尔冈金、金皇后、维多利亚;耐盐能力从大到小顺序为飞马、金皇后、阿尔冈金、维多利亚;耐盐碱能力表现为飞马与阿尔冈金相同,高于金皇后,维多利亚抗盐碱能力相对较低。

A comparative experiment is made so as to understand the anti-intimidating traits of four foreign alfalfa varieties.There are three group treatments including solutions of different pH values prepared from soil extract,H2SO4 and NaOH,solutions of different concentrations of NaCl with pH 7,mixed solutions of different pH values and different concentrations of NaCl.The results show that descending order of acid tolerance is Golden Empress,Grangeur,Algonquin and Victoria.For alkali capacity and salt tolerance,the descending order is Grangeur,Algonquin,Golden Empress,Victoria and Grangeur,Golden Empress,Algonquin,Victoria,respectively.As for salinity capacity,Grangeur and Algonquin are almost the same,being better than Golden Empress,while Victoria is lowest.
