摘要
采用文献调研、访谈、对比实验、数理统计等方法,对初任体育教师入职教育的内容、方法与效果进行研究。得出结论:入职教育的内容应与专业紧密结合、突出体育专业特色;培训方法应采用导师制为主,集中脱产培训和日常在职培训相结合的方式;新培训方式的效果好于传统的培训方式。
A research of the pre-post training contents,methods and effects for P.E.teachers is made by using the methods of literature review,interview,comparative experiment,and mathematical statistics.The findings show that the pre-post training contents should be integrated with occupation tightly,highlighting the sports specialty;Mentor system should be used as the primary training methods,combining with full-time training and ongoing training;new training methods are more successful than traditional ones.
