摘要
报道了可见吸收光谱线型的高斯多峰拟合用于混合表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和吐温80临界胶束浓度的测定。具体的做法是以碱性品红(Fuchsin)为探针,测量固定浓度的吐温80对一系列浓度的SDS-碱性品红水溶液体系的可见吸收光谱。其光谱特征是碱性品红二聚体吸收峰和单体吸收峰叠合在一起。用高斯多峰拟合实现了体系可见光谱吸收叠合峰的分峰、峰面积(积分吸光度)、频移及半高宽等光谱线型参数计算。二聚体和单体峰面积比(相对积分吸光度A1/A2)、频移(Δλ)及半高宽(w1,w2)对SDS浓度图形在cm c处发生突变。该突变点对应为表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度。
A multi-peaks Gaussian fitting on the line shape of visible spectra was used to determine the critical micelle concentration(CMC) of lauryl sodium sulfate(SDS) and Twain 80 mixed surfactant aqueous system.Visible absorption spectra of fixed concentration Twain 80 and a series of different concentration SDS with fuchsin used as a probe were measured,respectively.The spectral characteristic is that the principal peak to dimmer and monomer fuchsin are overlapping.Used multi-peaks Gaussian fitting to interpret the spectra and give relative integrating absorbance(A1/A2) of two peaks,red-shift(Δλ)and half-width.A sudden change occurred in the curves of the relative integrating absorbance(A1/A2),red-shift(Δλ)and half-width(ω1,ω2) versus SDS concentration.The concentration of the sudden change site is the critical micelle concentration of mixed sulfactant.
