摘要
以氯化苄为原料,经混酸硝化、超声波辐射相转移催化水解及超声波辐射Pd/C催化氢转移还原等3步反应合成了标题化合物。通过改进生产工艺,总收率可达64.8%。产物的结构经IR、1HNMR、MS及元素分析得以表征。
4-Aminobenzyl alcohol was synthesized with overall yield of 64.8% by nitration,hydrolyzation with phase transfer catalytic method under ultrasonic irradiation and catalytic transfer hydrogenation with Pd/C in the presence of ammonium formate under ultrasonic irradiation.The products were characterized by IR,1HNMR,MS and elemental analysis.
