摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜与内镜联合治疗胃肠道肿瘤的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院自2006年5月至2010年9月65例应用腹腔镜与内镜联合手术治疗胃肠道肿瘤患者的临床资料，其中腹腔镜与胃镜联合30例，腹腔镜与肠镜联合35例。结果65例患者手术成功，无中转开腹，无术后并发症。结论腹腔镜与内镜联合手术治疗胃肠道肿瘤，创伤小，恢复快，安全、可靠，有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective To discuss the value of laparoscopy co ment of gastrointestinal tumors. Methods A ered at zhongshan hospital of dalian university retrospective study was mbined wi designed th endoscopy in the treat- to analyze the data gath- from May. 2006 to Sep. 2010, in which there were 65 ca- ses performed by laparoscopy combined with endoscopy. Results All the 65 cases were accomplished successfully without conversion. There were no postoperative complications like anastomosis leakage, in- cisional or intraabdominal infection. Conclusions The combination of laparoscopy with endoscopy is safety and dependable, and it has the favorable value of clinical applications.
