摘要
本文根据分解——综合的思路,采用概率累和法原理,提出了一种适宜于河流梯级开发的环境影响综合评价方法,并进行了实例分析。
According to the resolution-synthsis thought and the principle of the probability method, a comprehensive evaluation method of environmental impact, which can be applied to a step hydraulic engineeing, is investigated. One applied example of this method is introduced.
