摘要
1978年以来,国内学术界在研究中国社会福利发展重大问题的过程中,提出了一系列具有创新意义的思想、观点和理论,构成当代中国社会福利学术思想。以重要性和创新性为标准,当代中国社会福利学术思想主要包括中国社会福利的价值理念论、发展目标论、发展模式论和体系构建论;这些思想不仅丰富了当代中国社会福利思想体系,而且成为影响中国社会福利政策的重要因素。
Since 1978,Chinese academic circles have put forward a series of innovative ideas and theories on social welfare,aiming at solving the major problems in China＇s social welfare system.These ideas have become the major academic thoughts of social welfare in China today.Characterized by significance and innovation,these thoughts are composed of value concept theory,development goal theory,development model theory and system construction theory.They have enriched the ideology of contemporary China＇s social welfare system and have exerted great influences on the social welfare policies of the country.
