试析《崇有论》之宜

Analysis of Suitability in "On Advocating Existence"

在面对西晋社会动荡,"虚无"之风盛行,社会严重背离其发展之道的情况下,裴頠提出"崇有"之说,在探讨"有"、"无"问题的过程之中凸显了其"宜"的思想,事物应当顺应自然发展的规律,社会应遵循其运行之道,生而为人更应当懂得适度、中节,合于人生之宜。

In the situation that the society was turbulent, the nihilist atmosphere was in vogue, and that the society severely deviated from the way of its development, Pei Wei put forward his theory of ＂advocating existence＂. In the debate about ＂existence＂ or ＂nothing＂, his thought of suitability appeared. He thought that things should conform to the law of natural development, the society should follow the way of its function, and human beings should better understand moderate degree, and the state of being middle, so as to conform to life suitability.
