学科馆员对提高院校图书馆信息资源利用率有着不可估量的作用,学科馆员是知识时代图书馆服务创新的产物,同时扮演着多种角色,呈现多元性、差异性。随着高校学科馆员工作职责的不断延伸,学科馆员可定位为三种发展模式。

Subject Librarians play a very important role in enhancing information resource usage of library. According to some features which Subject Librarians have bared, the author summarizes working responsibilities which should be conducted by current universities, and puts forward three developing models of universities＇ Subject Librarians.
