摘要
的 :观察茶多酚对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :运用免疫学实验手段检测茶多酚大、中、小 ( 310mg/kg、 15 5mg/kg、 77 4mg/kg)各剂量组的小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫水平 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 :茶多酚在 77 4mg/kg~ 310mg/kg剂量范围内 ,明显抑制小鼠血清溶菌酶的产生及腹腔巨噬细胞活性 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ;明显抑制红细胞C3b受体花环和RIC花环的形成以及总T细胞花环和Th花环的形成 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,且有明显的剂量依赖性。在剂量为 310mg/kg时 ,抑制小鼠脾细胞产生抗体 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :茶多酚可以明显抑制正常小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate immunological effect of tea polyphenol (TP) in normal mice. METHOD:The state of cellular immunity and humoral immunity in normal mices which took TP with varied dosage was investigated. The results was compared with control group.RESULTS:With TP dosagefrom 77.4?mg/kg to 310?mg/kg,it could significantly inhibit production of lysozyme and activity of macrophagocyte (P<0 05 or P<0.01)as well as the formation of red cell C 3b rose, RIC rose, general T cell rose and Th cell rose (P<0 05or P<0.01). The inhibition was dose-dependent. At dosage of 310?mg/kg, TP could inhibit production of antibody by spleen cells.CONCLUSION:TP can obviously inhibit cellular immunity and humoral immunity in normal mice .
