摘要
目的 :探讨心电阶梯现象的特征、鉴别诊断及诊断价值。方法 :对心电阶梯现象 2 1例的病因及心电图特征进行分析。结果 :2 1例心电阶梯现象均只描记出 1次 ;其波形周期性交替有波浪型 15例 (占 71 4% ) ,锯齿型 4例 (占 19 1% ) ,尖端扭转型 2例 (占 9 5 % ) ,并且无 1例出现于全部 12个导联。结论 :心电阶梯现象有部分性、一过性及多样性的特征 ,且心电阶梯现象的出现提示心肌有广泛严重病变 。
OBJECTIVE:To study the characteristics,differential diagnosis and importance of electrocardiac staircase phenomemon (ESP). METHOD:The causes and EKG findings were analysed in 21 patients with ESP.RESULTS:Among 21 subiects,ESP was only recorded single time,which wave forms presented alternatively billowing wave(15 subjects,71.4%),sawtooth wave(4 subjects,19.1%)and point swinging wave (2 subjects, 9.5%). None case presented ESP in all 12 leads.CONCLUSION:ESP is featured of temporariness, being partial and diversity.ESP indicates severe myocardiac change.
