摘要
文章在论述提高大学生挫折承受力的必要性的基础上,通过改变传统教育观念,创设挫折情境,设置有针对性的挫折承受力教育内容,帮助学生树立正确的挫折观,教育学生对挫折进行正确的归因,让学生学会合理的情绪调节等六个方面,阐述了提高大学生挫折承受力的对策和方法。
This paper discusses the necessities of college students' frustration tolerance and explains some strategies and methods to raise their frustration tolerance,such as: the change of traditional education conceptions and the attention to frustration education to them,the creation of frustration situation,the setting of classes targeted for frustration tolerance education,the help for them to correct irrational cognition and the setting-up of correct sense of frustration,the education of proper attribution of frustration to them and their reasonable emotion regulation.
