河北省农业气象灾害的时空分布与减灾对策分析

Spatial and Temporal Distribution of Agro-meteorological Disasters and Disaster Mitigation Strategies in Hebei Province

分析了河北省主要农业气象灾害类型的时空分布特点及其对农业生产的危害,针对制约农业生产发展的问题,提出了河北省今后农业气象灾害防灾减灾工作的主要措施。

The spatial and temporal distribution of the main types of agricultural meteorological disasters and the damage to agricultural production were discussed in this paper.In responding to the problems constraining the development of agricultural production,measures for the prevention and mitigation of agro-meteorological disasters in Hebei Province in the future were proposed.
