摘要
[目的]研究超临界萃取石榴籽油的最佳工艺条件。[方法]运用超临界萃取法提取新疆石榴籽油有效成分,采用GC-MS技术对萃取物化学成分进行分析,同时分析萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间对石榴籽油提取率的影响。[结果]最佳提取条件:萃取压力为30MPa,萃取温度为40℃,萃取时间为3 h。在此条件下石榴籽油的萃取得率为18.35%。[结论]超临界萃取石榴籽油工艺稳定可靠,具有极高的应用价值。
[Objective]The research aimed to study the best processing conditions of the extraction of pomegranate seeds oil with supercritical fluid extraction.[Method]The effective components of Xinjiang pomegranate seeds oil were extracted by supercritical fluid extraction method,and then the chemical components was analyzed by GC-MS.Meantime,the effects of factors such as extraction pressure,temperature,time on the extraction yields were discussed.[Result]The results showed that the best processing was as following: extracting pressure 30 MPa,extracting temperature 40 ℃ for 3 h.The extraction yield was 18.35% under this condition.[Conclusion]The supercritical extraction method was proved to be stable and reliable,with a high value,for physical and chemical analysis and GC-MS analysis.
