摘要
通过对补偿主体与客体、补偿标准、补偿方式等方面进行探讨,构建东江源生态环境保护与建设补偿模型,为跨界流域生态补偿的实施提供科学依据。
Through discussing the object,subject,standards and mode of compensation,the compensation model for the eco-environmental protection and construction of Dongjiang River source was established,which provided scientific basis for the trans-regional ecological compensation.
