论乡村旅游与农村经济的可持续发展

Study on the Sustainable Development of Countryside Tourism and Rural Economy

探讨了乡村旅游的概念,指出其在促进农村经济多元化、带动农村经济可持续发展、解决剩余劳动力的就业问题、实践新农村建设等方面的重要意义,分析了我国乡村旅游发展的现状,突出其在乡土文化城市化、产品开发单一化、资金短缺、人力资源匮乏方面存在的问题,在此基础上探讨了以乡村旅游促进农村经济可持续发展的对策,强调应合理规划乡村旅游产品,加大投资力度、拓展投资渠道,坚持"可持续旅游"的指导思想,并且大力培养高素质的乡村旅游管理人才。

The concept of rural travelling was explored.Its significances were pointed out in promoting the dynamics of rural economy,initiating sustainable development of rural economy,solving employment of surplus labor and practicing new rural construction.The current state of rural tourism development in China was expounded.The problems in rural cultural urbanization,products development simplification,short of fund and lack of human resources were pointed out.Based on this,the countermeasure of using rural tourism to boost the sustainable development of rural economy was discussed.Reasonable regulation of rural tourism products was stressed.Investment was increased and the investment channels were expanded.Taking ＂sustainable tourism＂ as guidance,high educated rural tourism management personnel was cultivated.
