城乡规划法背景下的乡村规划研究

Study on Village Planning Under Urban-Rural Planning Act

城乡规划法的颁布体现了改变城乡二元结构,统筹城乡发展的重要性。而对村庄进行新的规划、整治、建设,达到"村容整洁"则是村庄建设的重要内容。笔者从村庄规划的概念入手,阐述了乡村规划涉及内容及范围,探讨乡村规划目前存在的问题,从而确定了今后乡村规划的目标。在讨论并总结了乡村规划的工作重点之后,提出了保障规划顺利施行的几点建议。

The promulgation of urban-rural planning act reflected the importance of changing the urban-rural dual structure and urban-rural harmonious development.To plan,renovate and build countryside to achieve ＂village clean and tidy＂ was important content for the rural construction.The conception of the village planning,the content and confines of the village planning,the problems for the moment and the object of village planning were expounded.The importance of village planning job was discussed and concluded,and some advices were put forward for planning to go on wheels.
