合寨村村民自治可持续发展问题探析——基于广西宜州市屏南乡合寨村的调查与分析

An Analysis of the Self-governance Among Villagers Sustainable Development Issues in Hezhai Village

村民自治是一项具有中国特色的基层民主政治制度。改革开放30年来,村民自治取得了很大的成就,但也面临着许多新问题。通过对中国村民自治第一村——广西宜州市屏南乡合寨村的实地调研,深入分析了合寨村村民自治的发展现状,以及村民自治发展中值得关注的问题,并在此基础上提出了从经济发展、公共精神、文化教育、制度建设等方面对村民自治进行改进和完善。

Self-governance among villagers was a characteristic of the grass-roots democratic political system in China.In the 30 years since the reform and opening up,self-governance among villagers made great achievements,but also faced many new problems.Through the investigation in the NO.1 self-governance among villagers of China,current development state of Hezhai village was expounded and issues in the development of self-governance village were proposed.Suggestions were put forward from the aspects of economy,public spirit,education,institution construction if self-governance among villagers wanted to develop lastingly and steadily.
