基于GIS的黄冈市土地集约利用评价研究

Study on the Evaluation of Land Intensive Utilization in Huanggang City Based on GIS

用AHP方法和综合评分法将GIS技术应用到集约利用评价中对黄冈市土地集约利用水平进行评价,为黄冈市集约利用提供决策依据。结果表明,黄冈市的集约利用水平值在空间尺度上不平衡,黄州区的集约利用度很高,其次是武穴市,其他县市的集约利用度接近平均值或处于低于平均集约水平。为了促进区域集约用地,应建立经常性的区域土地集约利用评价制度。利用ArcGIS软件强大的空间分析和数据处理能力以及良好的插件扩展功能,能快捷、较好地完成不同区域间的土地集约利用评价。

The AHP and comprehensive grading method were used to apply GIS technology to evaluating the land intensive utilization in Huanggang City so as to provide the decision support for the intensive use of its lands.As indicated by the results,the intensive utilization level varied in different regions of Huanggang City,high in Huangzhou District,then followed by Wuxue City,while that of other counties and cities was close or below the average level.In order to promote the intensive use level of lands,a regular evaluation system for land intensive utilization was constructed.With the strong spatial analysis and data processing capacity as well as good plug-in extensions of ArcGIS,the intensive utilization level of the lands in different regions could be fast and well evaluated.
