针对都市型农业的特点及其对人才的需求类型,得出高等农业教育与农业建设密不可分。对各高等农业院校的创新人才培养途径进行了阐述,并对培养创新人才的具体措施和所取得的成绩进行了简要介绍。

In response to the characteristics for urban agriculture,and its demand for the type of talent,it was found that higher agricultural education and agriculture were inseparable.Then the various agricultural universities in innovative ways to do a personnel training was described.And hospital personnel in developing innovative concrete measures and results achieved were briefly introduced.
