摘要
本文建立了一个求解水电站群最优开发程序的动态规划(DP)-模拟模型(LP)(即DP-LP模型)。其上级为动态规划(DP)模型,用于生成电站排序方案并进行决策选优;下级为电力系统运行模拟模型(LP),用于求解每阶段的电力系统运行费用并进行电力电量平衡。该模型能同时优化系统的投资及运行策略。
In this paper, a Dynamic Programming-simulation Model is established for the optimal sequencing of hydroelectric stations. The higher level of the model is Dynamic Programming model (DP) which is used to produce sequencing options and optimal decision. The lower level is an operation simulation model which is solved for the operation cost of power system in every stage. This model can optimize simultaneously the investment and operation policies of power system.
