阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者全血肿瘤坏死因子-α水平的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨TNF-α在OSAS发病机制中的作用,采用酶链免疫测定法(ELISA法)及L-929细胞杀伤法(CT法)检测了25例OSAS患者及23例正常人体外全血TNF-α诱生水平,并应用Epworth嗜睡指数测定法对他们进行磕睡分数的评估。结果显示OSAS组嗜睡指数明显高于对照组,白天TNF-α诱生水平明显高于对照组而夜间水平却显著低于对照组,两种检测方法有良好的一致性。日夜间TNF-α水平的异常改变可能与OSAS患者的白天嗜睡表现存在一定的关系。 To study the changes of whole blood tumor necrosis factor-α(TFN-α) inpatients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS),ELISA and L-929 cell-cytotox-in methods had been used to measure the evoked TNF-α level in OSAS patients (n=25)and normal subjects (n= 23). Sleepiness index was tested by Epworth Sleepiness Scale.Our results showed that sleepiness index in OSAS was significantly larger than that ofnormal controls (17. 5 ±4.6 vs 3. 6±2. 3);the daytime TNF-a level in OSAS was signif-icantly higher than that of normal controls (14. 2± 7. 3 vs 1O. 5±6. 7 pg/ml and 51. 6116. 4 vs 39. 5±10. 7 % ),and the night TNF-α level in OSAS was significantly lower thanthat of normal controls (12. 3± 5. 5 vs 17. 6 ±7.5 μg/ml and 42. 5 ± 9. 6 vs 53. 5±1O. 4% ). The disturbance of TNF-α level may have some relations to daytime sleepinessin OSAS.
