颞浅动脉插管化疗在晚期头颈部恶性肿瘤综合治疗中的效果

Temporal artery intubation chemotherapy on 20 patients with advanced carcinoma in head and neck

本文对20例晚期头颈部恶性肿瘤经颞浅动脉插管化疗的患者进行回顾性分析。结果发现用颞浅动脉逆行插管留置导管灌注化学药物治疗该病，能经导管直接将药物灌注于肿瘤区，保持局部药物高浓度及延长药物活性，并能减轻药物对全身的副作用，获得较满意的临床效果。

Twenty patients with advanced carcinoma of head and neck were treatedby temporal artery intubation chem0therapy approach from 1989 to 1994. There were 14males and 6 females,ranging in age from 16 to 70 years. The stages of these patientswere T4N1 in 5,T3N2 in 2,T3N1 in 8 and T3N0 in 5. Result showed that 15 patients sur-vived over 3 years. We thought that the temp0ral artery intubation chemotherapy ap-proach for advanced carcinoma of head and neck is one of salvage method which usuallyobtained a satisfactory clinical result.
