摘要
以表面改性的聚丙烯腈基碳纤维(PAN-CF)为基体,采用Sol-Gel法制备钆、铁、硫元素共掺TiO2溶胶,通过浸渍涂覆法将溶胶负载到PAN-CF表面上,退火得到Gd/Fe/S-TiO2/CF光催化材料。采用FE-SEM、XRD等对材料结构进行表征;以氙灯为模拟日光源,以酸性橙Ⅱ为目标降解物,研究了制备得到的光催化材料的可见光催化活性。结果表明:钆、铁、硫元素共掺杂赋予了材料表面更明显的微孔结构;显著扩展了TiO2可见光响应能力,提高了光催化材料的可见光催化活性。
Gd/Fe/S doped TiO2 is prepared by sol-gel method.Gd/Fe/S-TiO2 film photocatalysts supported on the surface of modified PAN-carbon fiber(PAN-CF) substrates are prepared via the dip-coating method,then annealed in steam ambient,Gd/Fe/S-TiO2/CF photocatalytic materials are obtained.The structural properties of the Gd/Fe/S-TiO2/CF were characterized by FE-SEM,XRD,The photocatalytic properties of Gd/Fe/S-TiO2/CF are evaluated using the photodegradation of acid orange II under the irradiation of Xenon light.The results show: The material co-doped with Gd,Fe,and S achieves obvious micropre structure,Gd/Fe/S-TiO2/CF can enhance the photoresponse in the visible light region and increase the photocatalytic activity under visible light.
