摘要
以浙江地区台资制造企业与台湾本地制造企业为研究对象,探讨人力资源管理效能对企业绩效的影响。通过单因子方差分析发现,企业成立年数、员工人数及资本来源对人力资源管理效能和企业绩效的影响皆没有显著差异;通过回归分析发现,人力资源管理效能越高,企业绩效越佳。
By using Taiwan Residents capital manufacturing enterprise of Zhejiang and Taiwan manufacturing enterprise as the research target,this article probes the effect of human resource effectiveness on enterprise performance.One-way ANOVA analysis shows there are no significant differences of the years of history,the employee number and the resources of capital on the human resource effectiveness and the enterprise performance.Then regression analysis shows there is a positive relationship between human resource effectiveness and enterprise performance,the higher human resource effectiveness,the better enterprise performance.
