脑瘀通胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效观察

Clinical observations on treatment with Naoyutong Capsule(脑瘀通胶囊 ) for acutely ischemic stroke

目的 :探讨脑瘀通胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效。方法 :10 0例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分 2组 ,治疗组 5 1例 ,在原有静滴胞二磷胆碱治疗基础上 ,口服脑瘀通胶囊 ,每日 3次 ,每次 6粒 ;对照组 4 9例在给予静滴胞二磷胆碱治疗基础上 ,口服维脑路通片 ,每日 3次 ,每次 0 .3 g。2组均 10日为 1个疗程。3个疗程后评定疗效。结果 :治疗组痊愈 17例 ,显效 2 0例 ,有效 10例 ,总有效率 92 .2 %。对照组痊愈 7例 ,显效 13例 ,有效2 1例 ,总有效率 83 .7%。 2组疗效比较 ,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组 ( χ2 =10 .8,P<0 .0 5 )。治疗组治疗后血液流变性较治疗前和对照组治疗后明显下降 ( P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ,总胆固醇和甘油三酯较治疗前亦明显下降( P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 :脑瘀通胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中疗效肯定 ,安全可靠 ,无不良反应 ,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the curative effects of Naoyutong Capsule( NYTC,脑瘀通胶囊 ) on a- cutely ischemic stroke( AIS) .Methods:10 0 patients with AIS were randomly divided into two groups.The ther- apeutic group ( n =5 1) based on treatment with citicoline infused intravenously was treated with NYTC 6tablets three times a day while the control group( n=4 9) based on treatment with citicoline infused intra- venously was treated with venoruton tablet0 .3 g three tim es a day.10 days were one therapeutic course for both two groups.Results:In therapeutic group 17cases were cured,2 0 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was92 .2 % but in control group7cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,2 1cases were effective,and the total effective rate was83 .7% .In comparison between two groups the curative effects in therapeutic group were obviously superior to those in control group and the dif- ferences were significant( χ2 =10 .8,P<0 .0 5 ) .Otherwise after therapy the decreases in parameters of blood rheology in therapeutic group were much more significantthan those before therapy and those in control group ( P<0 .0 5 or P<0 .0 1) ,m eantim e the decreases in total cholesterols and triglyceride were much more signifi- cant than those before therapy too( both P<0 .0 1) .Conclusions:The curative effects of NYTC on treating AIS are confirm ed.NYTC is safe,reliable,and not harmful and side effective actions.It is worth to spread.
