根据对毕业生在企业工作情况的跟踪调查和对企业用人岗位的深入调研,很多非模具类专业的学生毕业后都在从事模具类的加工乃至设计工作。本着"就业为导向"的原则,基于"能力本位"的理念重构非模具类专业《模具结构》课程的教学方案,构建开放式教学平台,充实完善模具教学资源库,编写特色校本教材,通过多轮的教学实践,验证该课程的改革深受师生的欢迎。
