摘要
TbSiC2陶瓷材料具有良好的综合性能,如极好的导电、导热能力,优良的可加工性,高的抗氧化性、耐化学腐蚀性,出色的抗热震性、高温强度和高温塑性,良好的自润滑性等。本文从结构、性能以及制备方法等方面对国内外层状陶瓷Ti3SiC2如的研究进行了综述,并对其应用前景进行展望。
Ti3 SiC2 ceramics material have a good overall performance, such as excellent electrical conductivity, thermal ca- pacity, excellent machinability, high oxidation resistance, chemical resistance, excellent thermal shock resistance, high tem- perature strength and plastic, good self-lubrication and so on. In this paper, the structure, properties and preparation meth ods of Ti3SiC2 ceramics were reviewed and its potential application prospects were prospect.
