GC-MS法测定复合包装袋材料中的二氨基甲苯

摘要 用二氯甲烷作为萃取溶剂,样品中加入氯化钠降低2,4一二氨基甲苯在水中的溶解度,减压蒸馏除去样品中未反应的衍生化试剂及副产物,采用气相色谱一提取离子扫描质谱检测复合食品包装袋中二氨基甲苯的含量。方法回收率75.0-94.0%,相对标准偏差小于8.O%,检出限0.0005mg/L,满足定量分析的要求。 A method was established for detecting 2,4- diaminotoluene in Complex Food Bag. 2,4-Diaminotoluene was extracted by dichloromethane. Sodium chloride was used to decrease the solubility of 2,4-Diaminotoluene in water. Deriva- tive reagent and by-product were vacuum distillated. The treated sample was analyzed by GC--MS. The experimental condi- tions were optimized to produce following results: average recoveries75.0-94. 0%, RSD less than 10%, detection limit 0. 5 mg/kg. The method met requirements of quantitative analysis.
