摘要
研制成微型1.06μm 全固态激光器。采用纵向同轴泵浦方式,独特的整体控温技术和小焦距非球面聚焦透镜,并把全部元件固化为一个整体,从而提高了器件效率、激光输出功率和光束指向稳定性。用2W 的LD得到1260m W TEM00 模1.06μm 激光稳定输出,输出功率不稳定度≤±2% ,光束方向稳定性优于0.01m rad/hr和0.03m rad/24hr。该器件体积小,效率高,使用方便。
The LD pumped miniature solidified Nd∶YVO 4 laser with high performance has been developed.Using special temperature control technique and aspherical lens with smaller focus length are used in the laser,and all elements in the laser are fixed into a whole with epoxy.All of the measures elevate the laser efficiency,output power and laser beam direction stability.The output power of 1260 mW of CW 1.06μm laser in the TEM 00 mode has been measured from the miniature laser pumped by 2W LD. The beam direction stability is smaller than 0.01 mrad per hour and 0.03 mrad for 24 hours.
