在对某电厂热网加热器进行定期检验时发现管板与壳程筒体对接焊缝内部存在大量超标缺陷，本文对发现的缺陷进行了详细的原因分析，并针对该缺陷提出了及时有效的处理方案。缺陷处理复检符合标准要求。

When we do the periodic inspection on the heater for heating network, we found many defects in buttwelds which connect the tubeplate with tube body. This article detailedly analysed the defects we found, and raised effective and timely ways to solve the problem. The defect treatment and reinspection are according to the related standard.
