A Study on the Management Mode of Large - Scale Instruments

本文针对高等学校大型分析测试仪器管理上存在的安全性、稳定性和提高利用率之间的矛盾，分析了目前采用的两种管理模式——专人管理、专人操作模式和专人管理、开放操作模式的优缺点，提出了专人管理、半开放操作的新模式，为高等学校大型仪器管理工作提供新的思路。

This article focus on the contradiction between the security, stability and the utilization efficiency of largescale instruments in colleges and universities. The advantages and disadvantages of two existed management modes, specialist operation mode and open operation mode, were discussed. A new management mode, half open operation mode, has been presented, providing new solution for the large-scale instrument management in colleges and universities.
