摘要
背景 体外循环(cardiopulmonary bypass,CPB)转机过程对患者红细胞的损伤是临床常见的病理过程。大量动物文献报道表明,丙酮酸盐能通过多个途径保护和恢复器官/细胞的功能,现就丙酮酸盐对红细胞的影响机制及在CPB中的应用前景作一综述;目的 阐述丙酮酸盐对红细胞的影响机制,展望丙酮酸盐在CPB中的应用前景;内容 作为糖酵解中间产物的丙酮酸盐可通过促进细胞能量代谢,抗氧化和纠正细胞内酸中毒3种途径修复细胞损伤,恢复其功能,丙酮酸盐的这些作用机制可能适用于CPB过程中红细胞的保护;趋向 丙酮酸盐在CPB中应用可能为临床红细胞的保护提供新途径。
Background Various damage to red blood cells occurs during cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). Multiple animal studies in literature indicated that pyruvate can protect and restore organ/cell function through multiple ways. This article reviewed the protective effect of pyruvate and its mechanisms on RBC during CPB. Objective Discussion of the effect and mechanisms of pyruvate on RBC. Content As an intermediate product of glycolysis, pyruvate can repair the RBC damage through anti-oxidation, modulation of energy metabolism and correction of metabolic acidosis, preserving RBC function, which might be applied to protect RBC during CPB. Trent Pyruvate in CPB of application might provide a new way of RBC protection.
